Harmful human activities cause great pain and suffering to animals against which they are helpless. Snares and poaching heists gone wrong leave animals hoping against hope to heal or break free of the snares. They have no hands neither can they cry out for help. Hwange National Park is home to the only ambulance, working tirelessly to respond to sick and wounded wildlife. Our team of resilient veterinarians provides medical care to revive the animals and help them live another day. However, the task is massive and we need more “paws on deck.” This could be in the form of ambulances, medicines and laboratory equipment for disease analysis.
