ZIMBABWE PARKS AND WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
ADMINISTRATION CLERK (GRADE C2) x 1 ZIWC

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the above position at ZIWC. The incumbent will report to the Administration Officer- ZIWC

Duties (Responsibilities)
  • Compiles asset inventory list,
  • Updates assets inventory lists,
  • Compiles assets returns,
  • Assists and coordinates vehicle services and repairs at the Institution,
  • Reconciles vehicle log sheets against fuel drawn and distance traveled,
  • Assists in processing accident reports and completes insurance claims for vehicles,
  • Compiles monthly reports, fuel returns and records for the Institution,
  • Receives reports on faulty issues like communication system-telephone and radio,
  • All electrical, plumbing, water reticulation, safes, door locks, etc,
  • Identifies obsolete assets and compiles Board of Survey forms,
  • Attends to minor break down of office equipment.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
  • Minimum of 5 O’ levels including English language,
  • A Certificate in Purchasing and Supply Management, Stores Management or any other relevant qualification,
  • A certificate in Logistics and Transport management,
  • A minimum of two years’ relevant experience or currently doing the administration duties is an added advantage,
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Computer literacy.
